بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

إرشاد البرية إلى فقه السياسة الشرعية

إن الحمد لله نحمدُه ونستعينه ونستغفره ، ونعوذُ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا، مَن يهدِه اللهُ فلا مُضل له ، ومن يُضلل فلا هادي له .
وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، وأشهدُ أن محمداً عبده ورسولُه .
آل عمران:102. {يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله حق تُقاته ولا تموتُنَّ إلا وأنتم مسلمون}
{ يا أيها الناس اتقوا ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفسٍ واحدةٍ وخلق منها زوجها وبثَّ منهما رجالاً كثيراً ونساءً واتقوا الله الذي تساءلون به والأرحام إن الله كان عليكم رقيباً } النساء:1.

{يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وقولوا قولاً سديداً * يُصلح لكم أعمالكم ويغفر لكم ذنوبَكم ومن يُطع الله ورسوله فقد فاز فوزاً عظيماً } الأحزاب:70-71.

أما بعد:

فإن أصدق الحديث كتابُ الله ، وخير الهدي هديُ محمد ، صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وشر الأمور محدثاتُها ، وكلَّ محدثة بدعة ، وكل بدعة ضلالة ، وكل ضلالةٍ في النار .

اعلم أخي المسلم هداك الله ورعاك إن أحكام السياسة الشرعية لا تحتاج إلى أدلة تفصيلية من الشريعة كما يضن البعض ، وخاصة الشباب المتحمس ممن ليس له باع في هذا الفن ، ولعل غياب تحكيم الشريعة في واقع المسلمين وسيادة القوانين العلمانية وتسلط الحكام الذين يحاربون الإسلام والدعاة له ، السبب في هذا الفهم الخاطئ ، بل يكفي أن تكون أحكام السياسة الشرعية موافقة للشرع لا تصادمه وإن لم تستند إلى دليل شرعي ظاهر من الكتاب والسنة ، هذا ما نص عليه علماء السلف ، يقول الإمام ابن القيم رحمه الله في كتابه الطرق الحكمية في السياسة الشرعية ،
